Tonya -Registered Veterinary Technician
Tonya graduated from Morehead State University Veterinary Technology Program in 1998 and has been with Animal Care Clinic ever since. Her veterinary interests are in radioology. Tonya grew up on a well known thoroughbred race horse farm in Bourbon County. She's married with 2 children, 5 dogs, 3 cats, and a quarter horse named Scarlett. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding raising Boer Goats for breeding and show, gardening, and spending all her extra time with family.
Mike - Registered Veterinary Technician
Michael has been with Animal Care Clinic since 2007. He earned a B.S. in Agriculture from Murray State University in 1990. He has since worked as a Registered Veterinary Technician in Florida, New Mexico, California and has been with Animal Care Clinic since 2007. Michael and his girlfriend have a daughter. Michael does not have any animals of his own unless you count Angelfish or feral cats living in his backyard. He loves his Boston Red Sox and sports, in general.
Carrie - Registered Veterinary Techician 
Carrie has been with Animal Care Clinic since 2008. She has been in the small animal veterinary field for over 7 years. Carrie plans on pursuing a technician specialty in Internal Medicine as a future career goal. She has attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Iowa in her quest of knowledge of human and animal medicine. A former EMT and large animal vet tech, she enjoys learning about all things medical for all different species. Carrie is married with 2 dogs and 5 cats. When not working, the Wisconsin native enjoys reading, video games, gardening, going to museums, learning history and most importantly, cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers!
Tabitha - Registered Veterinary Technician
Tabitha has been with Animal Care Clinic since 2009. She is a graduate of the Moorehead State University Veterinary Technician Program. She recently moved to the Lexington area with her husband to join our team at Animal Care Clinic. Tabitha is married with 2 dogs. In her spare time, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her family, reading and spending time outdoors.
Debbie - Veterinary Assistant
Debbie has been with Animal Care Clinic since 2007. Her love for animals is what inspired her career change after working in childcare for 13 years. Debbie is married with 2 children and 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at school and watching her children in their many activities. Besides being with the family, her hobbies include cooking and gardening.
Marcella - Veterinary Assistant
Marcella has been with Animal Care Clinic since 2008. She has a son. In her spare time, she loves to go to the beautiful lakes here, fish, going to amusement parks and spending time with her family and her pets. She has two dogs and a cat.
Amanda - Lead Receptionist
Amanda has been with Animal Care Clinic since 1998. She earned her Certified Veterinary Assistant degree in 2003. She owns a Blue Merle Sheltie and a Box Turtle. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her dog at the dog park, hike, travel and go sight seeing and going to amusement parks.
Gladys - Office Manager
Gladys has been with the Animal Care Clinic since 1994. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting. She is married with two sons and a cat named Furby. Her favorite pastimes are spending time with her family, and reading.
